THE MONTH OF MARCH

People talk about March in terms of lions or lambs, but it is a month that produces a dramatic change in northern Ohio.

March normally produces almost 11 inches of snow in Cleveland, but it is also a month that has featured record highs in the lower 80s.

As we get closer to Spring at 1:26 pm on March 20, our average high and low temperatures begin to climb.

March 1 -- Normal High 40, Normal Low 25

March 31 -- Normal High 52, Normal Low 33
